Caroline Vanasse

Caroline Koch Vanasse is the Manager of Transit Planning in MassDOT's Office of Transportation Planning, where she manages a diverse portfolio of transportation projects including the MBTA's Bus Network Redesign. Before joining MassDOT, Caroline worked with MassINC, a non-profit think tank that supports the growth of Massachusetts’ midsized post-industrial cities and was also previously a Harvard Kennedy School Rappaport Public Policy Fellow for the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development. Caroline has a dual Master’s in Public Policy and Business Administration from the Heller School at Brandeis University and a BA in Political Science from UMass Amherst.
