Melissa Dullea is the Senior Director of Service Planning for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, where she oversees the Service Planning, Scheduling, and Operations Technology groups. In this role, Melissa and the team develop operating plans for fixed-route bus, heavy rail, and light rail services, and manage other strategic initiatives. Melissa has a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering and Urban Studies and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
